Returns & Exchanges:

• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags intact.
  
  

• Personalized or customized products are non-returnable.
  
  

Damaged or Wrong Items:

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
  
  

• We will arrange a free replacement or refund as per the case.
  
  

Refunds:

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
